WIFIE members visited the Robert Blomfield: Edinburgh Street Photography exhibition at the City Art Centre. He practiced street photography around the UK in the 1950s to 1970s and started out in Edinburgh. The photographs on display are from a private collection so it was wonderful to see images that aren't available elsewhere.
We were inspired to hold our own workshop to try street photography ourseles. So we met in central Edinburgh for an afternoon of street photography. A selection of our images are shown below.
